Our goal for the Korea Worship Project is to translate gospel-centered, biblically rich worship songs into Korean as a resource for the Korean community. This month, we brought to you "Come Behold the Wondrous Mystery"!

This is a new song we introduced to Gospel City Church (GCC) in 2021. We hope it brings the blessed assurance of the gospel. This song confidently confesses how wonderful the gospel is. God of life, Jesus, was robed in frail humanity to become the true and better Adam and save the hell-bound mankind. Christ resurrected as we will be when he comes. What a profound, wondrous mystery! As you sing this song, you will find the unwavering hope that Christ is.

Following the Korean government guidelines, we will go ONLINE ONLY starting this week (July 18). This means there will be no in-person gathering from July 18 until further notice.

Starting this coming Sunday (Jun 6), we’re movin

Starting this coming Sunday (Jun 6), we’re moving to the main hall (Grace Chapel) which seats over 1000 people! As we’ve had a full-house filling in the government's 20%-capacity cap of Vision Hall, the overflow room, and the foyer, moving to the main hall will give us much more space. We’ll be able to worship together in ONE SPACE, the large hall will keep us SAFER during the pandemic, and our CHILDREN will have more options for worship space! Please note, we’ll be changing our service time to 4:50pm.

Thank you, Synyongsan Church, for your hospitality and generosity. We are so blessed by your kingdom-mindedness. May God use our partnership for his glory.

We go over our story, beliefs, values and ministries. It’s a great place to learn more about our church. At the end, you’ll have an opportunity to join our church as a member.

We’ll meet via Zoom on May 29 (Saturday) from 10:00am-2:00pm. We’re excited to gather the many people who started attending our church recently. You’ll get a glimpse of what our church looks like outside a pandemic. And we’ll share our plans for ministry during a pandemic. Come join us!

For The City is recruiting volunteers for this Saturday's Homeless Outreach (May 22). Volunteers will have roles ranging from distributing spoons to working in the kitchen, depending on Nanumi's need and the number of volunteers available. Our second song for our Korea Worship Project is out! Here is a short clip! 
"Christ is Mine Forevermore” is a song that will bring comfort on the Christian journey. In our faith walk, we will experience moments of deep spiritual struggle. There will be times when our faith is tested and we will feel alone. This song teaches us that our struggle and pain is not wasted, and through it all, Christ is able to accomplish his work in us. As you sing this song, you will find hope well up within you because your heart is set on Christ.

This song is one that we’ve sang for the past couple of years. It’s been a huge comfort for many in this Christian journey. And we hope it brings the same kind of comfort for you as well.

It was so great to worship all together in the main hall. We saw some old faces we haven’t seen in over a year and many new faces as well. God is doing so much in our community and we are just happy to be a part of it.

We will use this spring to create a safe space for youth so that they can share honestly and ask tough questions. If you know of any high school aged students looking for a community, let them know!
