22 Apr Discussion: Practicing Wellness (Apr 24)
David is husband to Dana, and father to Grace, Elijah, and Madeleine. David’s 20 years of experience in international development and diplomacy has taken him to Nassau, The Bahamas; Islamabad, Pakistan; Bamyan, Afghanistan, and Antananarivo, Madagascar. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, David managed digital development programs in Central Asia, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
As of today, he’s been in Seoul for almost four years, working at the U.S. Embassy, and is a member of the Gospel City Church Advisory Group. The family had no idea what COVID-19 would have in store for their last six months in South Korea, and they are taking it one Nerf dart battle at a time. Join us for a discussion on wellness with David this Friday on Zoom @ 9pm! For more questions, email hello@thegospelcity.org.
Discussion Questions:
1. What has been the most difficult part about keeping centered? What if anything did this reveal about your needs, idols, or values?
2. What has been an unexpected delight or positive as a result of the COVID-19 era?
3. What does gospel/Christ-centered wellness mean to you?
