NANUMI – Caring for the Homeless
Nanumi Ministry is currently unable to provide meals due to the lack of volunteers because of Covid-19. In March and April, the ministry will be handing out lunch boxes twice a week at a government-designated soup kitchen near Seoul station. The cost of each lunch box is 3,900 won that serves 400 people twice a week. Nanumi ministry has been serving the homeless near Seoul station for over 20 years.
HOPE BRIDGE – Caring for Covid-19 Healthcare Workers & Volunteers
Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association has been working closely with the Ministry of Public Administration and Security and local governments since January 17, when the confirmed cases occurred. We have provided 220,000 relief goods so far, including corporate relief kits for Korean residents and children in quarantine facilities in Asan, Jincheon and Icheon. (As of 2/26/2020)
